Kathimerini: Paris Gabriel – Leptos Group Aims to Create Memorable Experiences for its Customers

February 13, 2025

“Our Group’s philosophy has always been to create experiences for our customers. That’s why we focus on the scale of our projects, aiming to develop large neighborhoods with extensive shared amenities such as swimming pools, spas, and gyms.” This was stated by the General Manager of Leptos Group, Paris Gabriel, in the “Business” segment of the “Diaspora News” program on SPOR FM 95.0.

As Mr. Gabriel noted, the Group is developing a significant number of projects in Paphos. One of the most well-known is Venus Gardens, which consists of 400 units and is designed to create a pleasant environment for residents in the surrounding area. There is interest from both Cypriots and expatriates working in Limassol who find Paphos ideal for raising their families and living outside the urban center, whether in the Mandria area or in Geroskipou.

Regarding developments in Limassol, Mr. Gabriel highlighted that a major residential project, Limassol Park, is under construction in Trachoni, featuring additional services to enhance the quality of life for buyers and residents. He noted that the first phase has already been completed, with 100 units delivered, while the second phase is expected to begin deliveries by the end of 2025. Mr. Gabriel also clarified that the Group offers up to 10 years of financial assistance to Cypriot buyers, particularly young couples, with property prices ranging from €200,000 to €500,000. Regarding the Group’s landmark project, Limassol Blue Marine, he stated that it features a 35-story residential tower, while construction has also recently begun on a second 32-story tower.

Mr. Gabriel emphasized that the Group is not currently pursuing the creation of any developments in Nicosia, as several pending permits already exist for hotel projects, university expansions, hospital extensions, and developments in Greece. For example, he mentioned that the Group is expanding the IASIS medical center while also investing in state-of-the-art medical equipment. Additionally, in the university sector, the Group has expanded its facilities and is creating cutting-edge robotics laboratories. “We aim to remain leaders in the sectors we operate in,” he concluded.
